Has anybody ever sat down and found out exactly which episode each scene in the credits came from?

The scene I'm looking for at the moment is the one where Lois and Clark are seated at her desk, and the camera pans around a yellow lamp. huh

It's too short in the credits for what I want to do, so I need to find the original scene.

EDIT: Found the scene in wall of sound.
