Hello,

I am new to this site. Been a Smallville fan for years but found Lois and Clark and fell in love!

Let me know what you think, but I noticed in the pilot when Lois comes to the Apollo and Clark is in the towel (my favorite moment of the entire series!). He has his glasses on and right after he says "I will be ready in a Jif" and he is going into the bathroom and right as he is shutting the bathroom door if you look at the side of his face he is not wearing his glasses.

Didn't notice that when I watched it, bhut you're probably right. They don't always catch those things.

Don't know if you caould call this a goof, probably not, but in the Pilot, Cat says, "Too bad he's an alien," when even Clark doesn't know that. I'm assuming that that line was meant to be speculative, but I still found that interesting.

I think, therefore, I get bananas.

When in doubt, think about time travel conundrums. You'll confuse yourself so you can forget what you were in doubt about.

What's the difference between ignorance, apathy, and ambivalence?
I don't know and I don't care one way or the other.

Welcome to the playground, Katie!

There have been a lot of goofs spotted over the years, as you'd imagine, but I don't actually remember anyone mentioning these before. Just goes to show there's always something new to notice (and post on!)

My favorite has always been the way Dean slips and slides across the floor when he first enters the space shuttle.

Lois: You know, I have a funny feeling that you didn't tell me your biggest secret.

Clark: Well, just to put your little mind at ease, Lois, you're right.

They're an extension for use with the Mozilla Firefox browser, LL. If you're using Firefox, you just add on the extension and then you have a whole range of icons to use in your posts at your fingertips. It's pretty cool.

I can't remember the direct link to this particular extension, but it should be easy enough to find on the general list, I think. If I track down the link, I'll come back and add it in. Or maybe some other Firefox user on the forum knows it?

Katie10- I think you are correct about the goof in the pilot about his glasses. I was actually watching the pilot episode. Although, I did not see when he slips and slides in the space shuttle. I will have to pay more attention when I watch it again!!

[Linked Image] Katie and elflinn!

Elflinn - most of stories of lcfanfic.com are posted first here (in Fanfic Folder ), in parts, and submitted to the Archive when they're finished. The Archive is presided by our great Edit-in-Chief LabRat. wink Really there're awesome stories over there. You'll find most of the great writers here. notworthy

Was this always true? Hasn't the archive existed much longer than the boards? Of course, before then there were the LnC email lists.

In the beginning... <g>

Archive history

(I tried to copy and paste the first three paras of this FAQ into my post, here, but my pc wouldn't play ball.)

Fanfic was, of course, also posted on Zoomway's mbs, and then, once these boards were set up, fanfic from both forums continued to filter through to the Archive. Or most of it, anyway.

There's still a large no. of fanfic each year which never makes it, no doubt for various reasons. I keep meaning to try and find time to list them, just in case one of the reasons is that the authors in question have forgotten they are languishing, never sent, on their hard drives.

There's a task for someone out there insa...er keen, I mean keen enough to try it. wink

(Good grief, have I really been EIC of the Archive for 6 years? My, but time flies when you're having fun. laugh )
