God, I had this nice semi-articulate post explaining my little drawing adventure this afternoon, and then I accidentally closed the window. <g> Meanwhile, I promise I'll invest in something besides my Bic mechanical pencil the next time I try this jaunt. I'm still trying to figure out the best way to get something like this on-screen, and it may be that I'll have to suck it up and draw the whole thing in Adobe so I can punch it up with a bunch of color. But for now, it was an interesting jump into the deep end. I've kind of been wanting to take a stab at something like this ever since Pam dropped the 'I' word (illustration) a while back.
