When I was scrolling through the old topics, I noticed that there is an official Lois & Clark soundtrack. However, it looks like it's filled with, well, not the kind of music that you'd hear on radio. So I pose this question to you all: if you were to put together a soundtrack for Lois and Clark, which songs would you include?

(In other words, I'm trying to set up a playlist on iTunes for when I read LnC fic but can't think of many appropriate songs. )

Currently in my "LnC" folder:
* Fly Me to the Moon - Diana Krall
* My Immortal (rock version) - Evanescence

These are pretty eclectic -- but my list includes:

"My Baby Loves Me" by Martina McBride
"Last One Standing" by Emerson Drive
"Head Over Feet" by Alanis Morissette
"Alone" by Heart
"Any Man of Mine" by Shania Twain
"This Kiss" by Faith Hill
"Holding Out for a Hero"

And then I have a few that remind me of specific fanfic <g> but I won't go into those...

About half of these, btw, I discovered by watching L&C music videos

Well, Liiza, this is a topic near and dear to my heart, because rarely can I hear a song and *not* think of L&C. Since you mentioned you wanted songs for fanfic reading time... thought this might be of interest... Fanfic Soundtracks Lots of great songs and fics on that list! Enjoy!

As I was looking at Pam's list, I realized that whenever I heard those songs, I thought of Lois and Clark! It was scary. Anyway, here's my additions-although now that I look back at it, they seen too pop-y.
