Morgana A writer's job is to think of new plots and create characters who stay with you long after the final page has been read. If that mission is accomplished than we have done what we set out to do, which is to entertain and hopefully educate.

Congratulations to all nominees. And a super-huge thank you to all who nominated Todd. The nomination means a lot to me, much more even than any other nominations my stories have ever had. Todd is (very) loosely based on my son, and my struggle to find his voice was, in part, an attempt to figure out how my son might actually think. So of course the character of Todd is near and dear to me, and I'm thrilled that he has received this recognition. Thank you. Joy, Lynn
