This quiz confirms in my mind how little fanfic I've had a chance to read this past year. I recognized #3 ("Fractured Proverbs for Fanfic Authors") from the quote, but that's only because I wrote it.

#5 sounds like a story I really liked (but whose name and author I can't remember), but it can't be the story I was thinking about, since I first read it before 2012. (Yeah, I know. That description doesn't even get me close to a fraction of a point.)

The excerpt from #6 sounds like Ken's "Hurricane." It also sounds like something my son would do.

p.s., edit: The story whose title I couldn't remember was indeed "A Little Advice"; but I had thought that that had been posted earlier than it had. In any event, it's a fantastic story and worthy not only of a read-through, but of a re-read, as well. I highly recommend it, despite my Swiss-cheesed brain not having been able to recall the title earlier. For anyone keeping score, I should not get credit for recalling this one, since I hadn't remembered it on my own; Ultra Woman's post jogged my memory.
