I read this story a while ago and I can't find it again. Clark and Lois met somehow in another country (my mind insists there were phone tokens or payphones involved) and traveled together (maybe because Lois lost her passport?) possibly on a motorcycle. There's also some memory of the desert, the dead sea, and a bus full of hostages, but I may be mixing up a couple fics together since archive searches aren't working.
What I know for sure is that they slept together, lost contact, and meet again in metropolis years later. Lois has a child- Clark's child, and Lucy is in the picture, possibly as an occasional babysitter. Lois hasn't told anyone who the father is. I think she also has a false name for Clark.
Anyone recognise any of this?

LOIS:I don't like you.
MAYSON: Really? Oh god, that is such a relief - I don't like you either.
LOIS: That makes me feel so much better

It's one of my favorites! laugh
I've been thinking of rereading it for a while and this post was another incentive (and reminder) to do it smile1

I'd never read this one either and I'd thought I had read all of MLT's stories. Maybe I should look and see if I missed anymore. . .

thanks!
