I've read it more than once, even had it saved at one point, and still can't remember what it's called.
Superman has been kidnapped and is being tortured... literally being cut open. Lois is there, comforting him, a prisoner herself and unaware that he is Clark. When they escape, Jonathan has had a heart attack, and gets really upset when he realises they dissected his boy.
