*Waves hello to everyone.*

This is my first post here, although I've been a member for quite a while.

I'm looking for a Lois & Clark fic that I read sometime back.

In the story, Lois was corresponding via email with Konnor Kent, and when he died, she kept writing him even though the messages were being bounced back.

Can anyone help with this???

Hm doesn't sound familiar to me, but you'd probably have better luck asking in the Fanfic Related forum.

Good luck - sounds interesting!

Welcome to the boards!

Edit: Looks like one of the mods moved it smile .

Thanks for the welcome, carolm. smile

I usually save the fics that I like, but this one slipped passed me.

EDIT:

I found it! *dances around joyously* I thought it was a L&C fic, but it was actually a comicverse story.

Hello,

I'm searching for a fic, too, and don't wish to open a new thread.

I can't remember whether it was a gfic or an nfic, google foo wasn't very helpful even when directed onto the only two sites it can be the on (the Archive and/or Anne's Place).

The only thing I remember is a scene where Superman had been helping out with a fire in Metropolis all day, Lois sees him on TV and goes there to have some harsh words with the fire inspector (?) there for keeping Superman all day long (Lois threatens him the Superhero Union) and dragging Superman home with her.

I'd be thankful for any hints.

Ooh, I've read that fic, but can't remember the title either (I don't really pay attention to them after I get to the first sentence of the story).

ARGH!

Like three of us on IRC have been looking for this... :p

Clark is about to tell Lois the truth, gets called to the fire, is there all day. Lois goes off on the fire guy [or maybe it's a safety guy?] and Superman flies her home. He crashes, they *sleep*, wake up and um, not sleep, sleep some more. He wakes up having essentially forgotten the entire day in the middle until she calls him Superman and then he flips out and leaves.

And we cannot find it. Tried searching the archive but aren't finding the right phrases, scrolling through authors we know we recently reread, etc. Pretty sure it's gfic though it may have an nfic version.

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

Carol

It's Night Errant , by Meredith Knight. And there is a nfic version as well.
