Nominations will run from Saturday, February 14 to Sunday, March 1, 11.59pm EST. Voting will run from Saturday, March 21 to Sunday, March 29, 11.59pm EDT. The ceremony will take place on IRC on Saturday, April 4, time to be decided. As soon as this time is decided, I will let everyone know. Because of time differences it can be very difficult for K-Com. For example: I'm 18 hours ahead of the boards at the moment. Tricia
