I remember reading a fic a while back but have no idea what it's called.

I vaguely remember it has something to do with Clark possibly getting abducted or kidnapped. I think at some point he may even get shot - possibly in the hand. I think Tempus may be involved but I'm not 100% certain. I do remember that Lois and Clark are married and that it's definitely not a death fic.

Any ideas?

I don't know if this could be the story you're looking for but in The Huntress\' Revenge by Jenni Debbage Clark is kidnapped and his wrist is broken. Lois and Clark are married.

It's a nice fic, even if it isn't what you're looking for.

I wish I could remember more of the story, I vaguely remember Lois having to collect Clark from a lady's house after he manages to escape and I *think* someone (Tempus maybe) is trying to prove that Clark Kent is Superman.

It's been a while since I've read it, but that definitely sounds like Yvonne Connell's Fear of Discovery (Part 1). Ironically, the first story that I ever read in Folcdom... Hope that's it. If not, great story anyway.
