"The Way Things Should Have Been," by StopQuitDon't, has Clark having a son with Lana and Lois has a son from her relationship with Claude.

Clark: "You don't even know the meaning of the word 'humility,' do you?"

Lois: "Never had a need to find out its meaning."

1)Shayne Terry's Duet... A widowered(??) Clark Kent and his son meet Lois Lane..

2)Also Bakasi's stories.. (I don't remember the name exactly, but it's a series of 3 or 4 stories..), plus I think the child isn't his biological..

3)Sunkist's Above Alt Else... (again the child isn't exactly his biological child.. it's complicated smile )

4) StopQuitDont's Chip Off the Old Clark (this might not exactly satisfy your requirements since he does have a son before Lois but he only comes to know of him after he's involved with Lois)

5) Some of Philip Mogul's "Dr. Clark Kent" stories have him married to someone else and have children before he's united with Lois...

Hope this helps,
wave

If she had to move heaven and Earth, perhaps come back to haunt Perry and explain the story after they'd killed her, she would do it.

Hi
In Bakasi's Stony Ways Clark has a child but not his own
There are three other stories 'Santa Conspiracy', 'Saving Efforts'(a prequel to 'Stony Ways')
and 'Sickening Junior'.

There was also "Serendipitous Infinity" in Bakasi's Series. If you want to find all of her "Becca stories", just look up all her titles starting with S. smile

Does it count if he had kids he didn't know about?

I don't think "New Hero" fits his description, Nancy. goofy I mean, he only meets them after Lois' death, and the one he does know about is readily adopted by her. (Although, if it means you're going to finish it...)

Okay, well at least someone knows to what I was referring to - but, of course, you are my biggest fan.

I went trying to find this story and found out its by Nan Smith actually. I'm taking the sugestion to read it because I think the plot you suggested is really interesting.

I'm thinking of another one - by SQD I think ...

Looking...

Chip off the Old Clark isn't the one I was thinking of but...

There's another one I'm thinking of where Clark has a son with Lana and Lois had a baby with Claude and then Dan iirc. Or maybe both kids were Dan's? But I don't think so. Um... she represented athletes [a la Tom Cruise in the Show Me the Money movie... Jerry McGuire!] for Sam's agency and Clark worked there too I think. I think. I've not got a clue who it's by because SQD was who I thought and it's not. And I wouldn't swear that I ever read it either, though I think I did... There was a sequel too I think.

Yeah I'm tons of help...

I scrolled through just looking at the author's names on the archive and no one jumped out at me.

Anyone else?

The Way It Should Have Been is indeed by SQD laugh . Lois is a sports agent and all the other things you're thinking of is correct. The Way It Is Now is the sequel, although I think it needs a bit of work. I'd worked on that at one time. Then RL kicked my butt. cat Maybe I'll get back to writing and posting again soon.
