I was wondering if there were any fics out there where Lois had a child when her and Clark first meet. I have read some where Clark and Lois meet previously and they end making a baby, but I have never read any where Lois has someone else's child and Lois and Clark eventually become a family. Is there anything like that out there?

There is one along those lines that I love on the nfic archive. I think it is by SQD (but I could be wrong), called the way is was or the way it should be or something like that. I am at work right now so I can't look it up. Anyway, Lois has a baby with Claude. Or perhaps with is the wrong word as of course he is long gone. And Clark also has a child. It is a really great story. I'll post the correct title and author when I get home tonight if no one beats me to it.

There is also another one by Shayne Terry where Clark has a child before he meets Lois. It's called Duet . This is an Elseworld, but very well done. James

Ok, I am an idiot. I swear I looked under SQDs name and it was not listed there but then I looked for it by title and found it.
