I can't remeber the name of this story. It's after Barbarians at the Planet I think, Lois and Clark get married but Lois doesnt know he's superman and Lex tries to break up their marriage.

Are you referring to a fanfic where Lex has Clark "investigated" for Lois and gives her information about Clark having several affairs. In the fanfic, there's also a book that Clark and Lois are writing about Superman, but it gets blacklisted. Is this the one your looking for? If it is, I'll try to find it for you.
