This is driving me crazy. I have no idea if it's nfic or gfic, but I do have the idea that it's a very old story.

All I can remember is that, for some reason, Lois is determined to leave her apartment and Clark is determined she isn't going to. He superspeeds a dresser in front of the door to thwart her. I have the idea that she somehow sneakily manages to get around him though and out.

Ideas? Sketchy clues, I know.
