My very fuzzy memory (not suprising, considering that I've read next to no L&C fic in the last two years) is remembering a story in which Lois and Clark got married secretly (I think) and at a press conference Clark got shot? Anybody know if this is a real story or just a figment of my overactive imagination?
Thanks, Laura

Is that Wendy's "Green Card" where Superman has to marry Lois to stay in the US because he's an "alien." Artemis

That sounds to me like an ML Thompson fic... I don't think Clark ever got shot in Green Card. Try this one: I Will Always Love You . PJ
"You told me you weren't like other men," she said, shaking her head at him when the storm of laughter had passed. He grinned at her - a goofy, Clark Kent kind of a grin. "I have a gift for understatement." "You can say that again," she told him. "I have a...." "Oh, shut up."

I am looking for a story I read a long time ago. It was about Clark going to New Krypton and when he came back he went to see Lois who was staying with his parents and it turned out he had slept with Zara. It's been awhile so I might not be remembering it correctly. Anyone have any clue what fic this is?

That's The Heir: The Healing by Peace and Piper. It's on the nfic archive and the sequel to Piper's The Heir on the regular archive.
