I was talking to a friend about a Lois and Clark/Batman story we're working on...and this questions arose. Who has more money, Lex Luthor, or Bruce Wayne?

In my opinion, Lex Luthor. He was the fourth, then third, richest man in the world, and I think at least one of the others was named. Bruce Wayne was "just" a millionaire, iirc. smile

Wasn't one of the two people with more money the Mr. Chou that Cat was trying to date? ("Cat Chou?" Snicker. <g>)

You know, I'm usually mostly okay with US references in my favourite shows. Even if it's one I don't understand, the context usually makes it clear to me what it is.

But I never understood the joke here. And always meant to ask why it was funny to Americans.

Aramis: Yes, sorry.
Athos: No, no, by all means, let's keep things suicidal.

Purina Chow makes pet food. The most popular cat food on the American market is ... Cat Chow.

LOL! I'd almost forgotten that one. <g> Since my FK DVDs came, I haven't been watching much else...
