Are there any stories (or would anyone like to create one), where Lois is the foundling, or anything where her background is being born on Krypton (exploded or no), and being of some house? Maybe Krypton is a matriarchal society?

This includes Clark not being super or from Krypton, but a normal guy, who was born on Earth. He could have been born to Martha, or they could have still adopted him. The Kents could also have found Lois, and Clark could be the child of the Lanes or someone else. (Hmm, maybe Carol's Backwards is what started the idea.)

What do you think?

Oh, and a possible cruel twist...Lord Nor is her birth-husband.

Ok, running from wildguy now.

I think, therefore, I get bananas.

When in doubt, think about time travel conundrums. You'll confuse yourself so you can forget what you were in doubt about.

What's the difference between ignorance, apathy, and ambivalence?

Hi Woody!

MLT's A Matter of Destiny comes to mind.
Then there is The Girl Next Door by Janet Owens.

That's just off the top of my hat smile

Matter of Destiny was very similar, Michael. Thanks for the rec.

Although...I did have the idea of Lois creating Ultrawoman.

And maybe one of resident nominees for Queen of Evil could incorporate the birth-husband part into it.
