Okay, this is a rather stupid idea, but please consider this a fun challenge.
Write a story where Lois did something to destroy Superman's last briefs. ( We are talking about the ones that he's wearing above the suit. I've got the impression that people tend to imagine them seperable from the rest of the outfit) Or maybe something else to make wearing the suit impossible. I just thought that a Lois who doesn't know the secret yet wouldn't figure it out by the sight of red spandex.
You can decide where you set the story. Lois can either love Clark or still ignore him. She might know the secret, or maybe she doesn't. Lois reasons are up to you. Revenge? An accident?
