I was watching HOUSE and a man came into the clinic suffering from a sympathetic pregnancy. The man had grown breasts, had an extremely rounded belly and when his wife started to go through labor so did he.
My challenge is to write a story where Clark/Superman has this condition.
Edit: He does not have to have this condition during the whole pregnancy. He could start off just with morning sickness, then other symptoms leading up to this condition during the last week or so before the birth.
Note: Lois may or may not have Clarks' powers.
