Hi
I was wondering if any of the writers were thinking of or interested in doing a realistic rewrite of the episodes when Lois was arrested for murder and Clark breaks her out of jail story line (with all the humour and angst involved). I've read quite a few rewrites of various episodes from the show, which were excellent, but can't find one on this part of the series and was hoping someone would be interested in writing it.

There's an in-between nfic about this episode. It's Chained Heat by Julie Mack. It's on Annesplace.

I've read Chained Heat, which I really enjoyed, but I was thinking more along the lines of Masques by Labrat or The Healing Time by Wendy Richards.

Linda, what kind of changes were you looking for in the episodes? Do you have any ideas of what you'd like to see in such a story? LabRat

What I was interested in was just a rewrite of the episodes, kind of like what you (Labrat) did with Masques. Just like Masques & The Healing Time weren't written as a quick fix, like in the show is kind of what I was thinking of. I hope that makes sense.

Maybe it also would have been interesting if this had happened during season two (or even season one). I think Clark still would have helped her escape, but maybe a little later than he did in DLW? And would he stay with her as Superman or leave her somewhere to 'send Clark to her'? And then ending up in a cozy motel (with only one bed of course )

Now that is a good idea.! I'd *love* to see DLW re-set in season 1-2.

Actually I like the Clark breaking Lois out of jail in S2 idea. That sounds good. Anyone interested in writing it? Linda
