OMG! I never realized that connection! I just thought maybe the Lois in this story was one of those right-handed people who wear their watch on their right hands!

So maybe the Lois in front of the camera ISN'T Lois? Maybe she's Marie--the girl who Arianna made have plastic surgery so she could LOOK like Lois?
