Well, he does have the element of surprise. OTOH, so did...whatsisname (I really have to brush up on my episodes) in IGYUMS and she took him out pretty fast when he was sneaking around in the house.
But...he didn't have a gun...
Would depend how big a drop he got on her before she realised he was there, I guess. If she spots him, he's dead meat.
I reckon Woody's right though. Tempus would get too cocky to sneak up on her, or shoot her through a window or whatever, before she had a chance to know he was there. He'd have to announce his presence and gloat for three hours, first.
Nah...either Lois or Superman would nail him long before he got around to the actual killing bit, I think.
