Intergang is terrorizing a neighbourhood in Metropolis causing market prices in the area to plummet and Superman is unable to help after Lois, amongst others, are targeted. Lois discovers a connection between Mayson Drake and Bill Church, the man she suspects is the leader of Intergang, but has no proof. Meanwhile, Perry gives Jimmy relationship advice.
