Maybe it’s just the mood I’m in, but I enjoyed watching this episode again more than I thought I would. There were some sweet moments between Lois and Clark and the poker scene was fun. There were a few times throughout the series where Clark was going to use his enhanced vision for selfish reasons, but refrained. He would have regretted it if he had followed through.
Two of my favorite lines:
Perry: “Fair play is what Superman is all about.”
Clark: “Not bad for a mild mannered reporter.”

I also enjoyed the poker scene. For a few seconds, I noticed that Clark was going to cheat. It wasn't until someone said something that he changed his mind.
