I use angelfire too. You need help making a link? I've never done anything with videos and stuff, but I've uploaded webpages and pics, so how different can it be?
To make the link, you click on the url button on the lois&clark post-a-message thingy. In the box, you type
www.angelfire.com /(your name)/(your other name)/(the file name).(file type)
Example:
http://www.angelfire.com/hero/batgirl1/lookup.jpg
