Kae, John thinks it's more likely to be an ISP problem. If it was a problem with the configuration at your end, you wouldn't be getting anything. The only exception would be if the ISP has changed its DNS IPs.

So you should check your ISP's website (at work) and look under whatever section they have service status information. If there's nothing there, then call them.
