We've had a profiler working on this for some time. He doesn't have a lot to go on, but he's come to some conclusions about our killer. He believes that we've got a psychopath who has a fixation on a certain person -- in this case, Connor Cooper --
I think that you're throwing us a red herring. The psychopath, IMHO, is Tempus. He wants to get rid of Utopia and Lori for some reason and is doing it the hard way.
Why do I think so? Too many references to H.G. Wells and Utopia.
I guess you won't tell me if I'm right or wrong so I'll just have to keep reading
