According to Wikipedia it is a US channel. I'm being driven nuts by trying to load the Wikipedia URL. So google search "The Hub" and find the link. It used to be Discovery Kids.

But it could depend on where in Canada you live. I know BC gets Seattle stations. Try Hubworld.com
