Though there was one moment when I thought my heart would stop.
See, I don't read these on screen, I print them off.
So, I was selecting the text portion of the post to print and so got all the way to the end. The first thing I read was.
The clone was dead,
he thought with an inner smile.
I swear, in the time it took me to get to the last sentence, I had already thought I was reading Lex's inner thoughts as he was being rebuild in a lab somewhere.
I was so thankful that it was Clark's thoughts and not Lex's...
