I just loved all the scenes with Brian, btw. He's a cute kid And Martha's got him well in hand already <g>

I wouldn't mind a sequel in this universe, Nan... but then I'd also be pleased with pretty much anything else you choose to write, so you can't go by me!

Though there was one moment when I thought my heart would stop.

See, I don't read these on screen, I print them off.

So, I was selecting the text portion of the post to print and so got all the way to the end. The first thing I read was.

I swear, in the time it took me to get to the last sentence, I had already thought I was reading Lex's inner thoughts as he was being rebuild in a lab somewhere.

I was so thankful that it was Clark's thoughts and not Lex's...

Wow. I just sat down and read the whole story, to the dismay of the pile of Christmas cards next to me, but I couldn't wait any longer. I love how you resolved this, especially with Brian staying alive and going to live with the Kents. The way he mentioned not liking the big city makes me think he's going to love the farm, and probably stay with it. But that's just me thinking. It's really too bad that Lex became road pizza, but it's for the best.

I absolutely loved this story. I've still got a big grin on my face after reading the ending. Wonderful! There's a lot more I could say, but I'll just instead. (can I make it go faster? Cause it deserves long, fast clapping.)
