Metropolis?
JONATHAN

CLARK
I said I wanted a normal *
existence, to meet someone, raise *
a family, settle down.
(beat)
I know now that Lois is the woman I
want to spend the rest of ray life
with.
MARTHA
(amused)
And you just figured this out? Dad
and I have known from the first
time you spoke about her.
CLARK
Maybe I did too, but I couldn't let
myself...
JONATHAN
You love her?
CLARK
Yes.
JONATHAN
Then tell her.
CLARK
What? That I'm Superman?
JONATHAN
That's got to be up to you.
MARTHA
At least tell her how you feel. If
she feels the same, well...
(chuckling)
