Techno's probably closer to what Virginia wants than what I think of with dancing -- specifically, Scottish Country Dancing.
To me, the classic makes-me-want-to-dance rock song is Crocodile Rock. But that doesn't relate to Superman in any way. The songs I can think of that might remotely apply to Superman aren't dance songs.
