2 p.m. Los Angeles, Daylight Savings Time
7 a.m. Sydney,April 1, Standard Time
GMT+1 10 p.m., Standard Time
Berlin,11 p.m., DST
Athens, 12 p.m., DST
So Sydney would be an hour earlier too.
