I love how you're taking familiar elements from the early episodes and, just by a little tweaking, are twisting everything into a new and enthralling storyline.
I particularly like your writing of Lois here. She's as determined and aggressive as ever, yet there's a softness here that we were rarely allowed to see in watching Season 1. I'm enjoying her thought processes as she has already seen through Luthor's veneer (yay!) and isn't constantly denying her attraction to Clark. Very very nice.
