The question isn't aimed at me, but since I'm here...going through the suspects clothes and pockets during an arrest is a safety measure that doesn't require a warrant. I'm *assuming* if they're looking for a gun or knife on them but wind up finding, say, the stolen diamonds or whatever that it's admissible in court...
