For those following this incredibly well written and tragic fic, chapter 3 is up.
No Superman in this chapter. No blood or gore.
Only Lex finally breaking into the Fortress after 6 months of trying.
The author does an incredible job of describing everything in the Fortresss. Each room and all.
The poignant part of this chapter is a room in the Fortress dedicated to Lois with momentos and a photo of their first flight. Enough to make any Lois and Clark romantic cry.
Other rooms and discoveries as to Superman's inner thoughts and desires. His hopes that were never to come to pass.
BTW, the author is an incredible writer. This reads like a novel.
