I remember reading one on the nfic archive, Annesplace.net.
It was by Ultracape, but I forget the exact title of the story. It was a very "rough" story in that torture and non-consensual sex are part of the fic.
Excellent fic in exploring how Lois wants to work, how worried Clark gets about her, what he can do to help her versus hindering her, and of course the nature of sexual power, dominance, etc.
Well worth reading but beware - it is not a WAFF-fest!
Later: checked it out. It's called "A Perfume By Any Other Name" by Ultracape.

Sorry, IolantheAlias, I had to edit out a line of your post because it went beyond the PG13 limit of this folder.
Always a danger when discussing nfic stories outside of the nfic folder.
It's easy to forget where you are.
