I was looking through the stuff on my hard drive, trying to find a poem I wrote awhile back. I didn't find that, but I did find a poem that I think is pretty good, but I'm pretty sure I didn't write. Unfortunately, I don't have any information about it in the file. I was hoping someone here might recognize it or know of a place I could go to figure out who the author is.

Here's a snippet:

Believe that which is right for you
And I will do the same
Tell me not which Path is true
For it may prove false for me
Just tell me of the Path you take
And I will tell you mine
For in these lives we both do lead
It is our Path that we must find.

I googled the first couple lines and couldn't find it, so I'm guessing it isn't a major publication.

Are you sure you didn't write it?

I'm pretty sure I didn't. I just don't remember where I picked it up.
