Hmmm, that's a very smart and different take on the whole Claude fiasco, Patrick. I guess Lois can't be a hundred per cent sure that she would have died in the Congo if Claude hadn't seduced her and stolen her story - after all, even if she had gone to the Congo, she might have been luckier than her alt-world counterpart - but yes, it is certainly possible, or even probable, that she would have died. I don'tknow if it is too short for the archives or not. I really like it. I would love to see you expand it more and make it a longer story. Can you imagine how Clark is struggling with trying to figure out what Lois is thinking?
