I didn't read it the first time so this is all new to me and WOW.
Great stuff..I am so happy that they are finally moving on. This whole part was just what we needed. I like the small Martha part, seeing that they are healing from her point of view.
And the last part in the car..ohhhh! *sob*

I read both versions, Sara. And while I found the original part 13 to be completely satisfying and wonderfully done, I do like this one better.
Filtering their tentative first steps towards each other through Martha's eyes was just brilliant.
This continues to be heart-wrenching and lovely.
