Herb, so nice of you to drop in! Clark, Steve Jobs isn't the only person who believes in upgrades and improvements. Herb, with a little help from his time travelers pals, has a new device to cavort around the time continuum.

I have another story that I started which explains how Herb came by the plans for his time sled. It also goes into how intra-universe travel came into use and how it is accomplished. I need to dust it off and have my resident physist check it out.
