A WHAM warning was posted in the TANK ending string.

I think the flashbacks do a lot of good in establishing why this was so hard for Clark. We see even more of his interactions with Lois and see how it is even harder.

I went round and round with one of my beta readers on the issue of the flashbacks. He was of the opinion that they were unnecessary. My other beta and I felt the opposite.

You have vindicated my decision.
