Anyways, the basics of it were:

I'm glad Lois explained her reasoning better in this chapter (and that Clark actually *understood* her reasoning- was a little worried about that).

Yes. Long shot. But it would get Tempus off her tail. Given Lex doesn't want to go where his lower-end-of-totempole employees have already been.

Glad you enjoyed. Remember, this Clark doesn't have the media background that canon Clark does. He didn't think anyone would be stalking her house at 3am. He'll learn to be more careful in the future.

Yes, the microwave is built in... plus it's an older model, the thieves wouldn't have gotten much on the street for it.
