"No," Clark said sharply, the mudslide that was Mayson Drake tumbling into his mind. "You can't go to Metropolis."

The sharpness of his voice drove the triumph from Lois's face. "Why not?"

"Because Mayson knows you were in the library on Wednesday."

Her hand covered her mouth, and her eyes grew wide with alarm. "Mayson *saw* me?"

"You saw Mayson?" he fired back before he could stop himself.

Wonder who Lois worked out to be the Boss? She was right about Glisten and St. John, but is she right that Luthor is the Boss? (or is it Mayson - she will actually pass as an evil mastermind).
