You know, about the preview and the lack of jewelry. I know I'm beating a dead horse, but thinking about the birth control pill and not at least her wedding band does send a message. Unless she didn't think about the pill, too

So, are you going to be a really nice author and post the last part soon? Yes? At noon, perhaps? Pretty please? You know, this just feels unnatural, having only one part posted. And you did ask whether it's two short parts or one long part a day, hmm? Or something along those lines, anyway

I'm really glad they didn't get too carried away and sleep together yet.

Like I said before, they were relying on hormones, and that's not going to convince Lois he's serious.

And because they BOTH realized it was too soon, Clark doesn't have to face Lois withdrawing from him afterwards.

I liked how Clark explained to Lois why he loved her. (although I would think there would be something about her being a really good reporter as well...Maybe that was something you fixed in the previewous chapters?)

I LOVED the proposal. That was sweet. Now their not getting a divorce, but they can get married for real, when they both mean it.
Assuming she says yes, of course.

I must have turned into a Clark hater, cause I still think Lois deserves better, and want Clark to grovel from now till eternity. That doesn't make me insane right? I'm so sorry that this is the way I feel. It's not the writing, just this Clark is such a lunkhead, that the road to recovery (if it's even possible) is a long one for him.

See, what this fic has done to me, Carol? I've never been so anti-Clark before, it's actually beginning to worry me. I think we're going to need a whole other OTOHA club created just for me?!

Really, Carol, this was beautiful. I'm really glad to have read it, though there's no way I plan to go back over those chapters of Idiot!Clark that I missed. This was really good, and you gave it a wonderful ending.

Just one nitpick though: Couldn't Bernie be Italian? Just a little bit?

Queenie - you know more about this than anyone else who hasn't read it I think . Your brainstorming helped tons and you know most of it even if you skipped from Ch. 3 to 100 [some of the others probably wished they did ].

And Ashley is Italian - doesn't that count?!?! [Did I mention Ashley in here? I think so. Maybe in passing... She's Bernie's girlfriend/fiance. She's Louie's daughter. You know, the guy who knows guys who also played the guy Tempus stole from and Joey Tribianni Sr on Friends so he can be Italian and that makes Ashley at least half Italian, so Bernie's kids will be at least 1/4 Italian. Is that not enough for you!??!?! ]
