It just took this long for him to get to his canon apartment. It's cheating because no normal person could pull off what he managed as quickly as he did. Anyway "Super cheating" comes from in canon. At the start of "Twas The Night before Mxymas" Lois tells Clark they won't get their appartment ready for Christmans without "Super cheating". John Pack Lambert

There isn't in this story, which was my point. Why doesn't he call them his "above-normal" or "extra" powers? Or his "amazing abilities"? Of course, if he starts out calling them "super" skills, it would explain where the name "Superman" comes from. EDIT: Didn't they also use the phrase "super cheating" when decorating their new apartment in People vs Lois Lane? VirginiaR.
