Lex is very determined to get his twenty percent increase. From two of the oldest rackets this side of a Chicago speakeasy.

If Lois were to go undercover in a Bordello, not a single one of those 'working girls' would be there by dawn. She would made them realize there is more to life then 'the life'.

The Karate Kid? This should be interesting.

A writer's job is to think of new plots and create characters who stay with you long after the final page has been read. If that mission is accomplished than we have done what we set out to do, which is to entertain and hopefully educate.

Hi Morgana,

I am sure you will find the next chapter entertaining.

Remember, Lois was teaching Clark, AKA Charlie, karate while they were on the trail of the arms in the Congo. That training might just come in handy.

What do you think of my Lex? He is a far cry from your softer, gentler Lex in "Stranger".

BTW: we will be seeing shortly just why Mrs. Cox is a bit fearful of him. Remember this is not L&C canon Lex.

He's a lot scarier and seems to have his hand in the more dirtier rackets. His hirelings are terrified of him. All of them except Nigel, who manages to keep a cool distance.

Yes, I'm very curious about Mrs. Cox and what hold he has over her. In the series they seemed more like equals.
