"We are your people, too," Zara said gently. "And we need you."
Clark sighed heavily. "I know. I just feel so...alien here." Poor Clark! He's an alien on both worlds! Good start.

Good start. Thanks! That's what I was going for. Clark's not biologically human, but he knows how to be one. He is biologically Kryptonian, but has no idea how to be one.  Poor guy's an outcast no matter what.

Great way of setting up the world! Zara's being helpful, which is good, though we haven't yet seen Ching to know if he's entirely put aside his jealousy and resentment yet.
My favorite part was when Clark said he would not change his own character. In fact, it's probably that character that will end up saving them.
Looking forward to seeing where this will go!

Looking forward to seeing where this will go! Yay! Another comment from AK! Thanks so much! I actually really like Ching and Zara on the show (I may be in the small minority on that). So they are characters I'll always try to portray in a positive light.
