This has marvelous characterizations! Lois's digging for gum and how she shared it with Clark was spot on... What a spectacular observer you are! This is so precious and has all my favorite elements (the two of them together, in a tiny, intimite location, sharing the mundane aspects of life and learning about each other...) Sooo waffy, I'm melting.
